By using Pomory (the app and this website), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Pomory.

Service description

Pomory is a free, open-source productivity application designed for focused work sessions, task management, and personal growth tracking. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored locally. If you enable cloud sync, you are responsible for the security of your Google account.

Open source license

Pomory is open source. The source code is available on GitHub and is subject to its respective license.

Limitation of liability

Pomory and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application. Data loss from local storage failure or cloud sync issues is not our responsibility.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pomory after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
