Quick start

5 steps to your first session

Once you have the app open, here's how to get going.

Add your tasks

Go to Tasks and add what you're working on. Assign each task to a group (Products, Services, Business, or Growth), set a priority, and estimate how many sessions it will take.

Plan your day

Open the Daily Plan screen each morning. Pick up to 3 tasks you want to focus on today and set your session targets.

Start a focus session

Select a task and start the timer. Work in focused 25-minute sessions (customizable in Settings). After each session, rate your energy, focus depth, and log any distractions.

Review your progress

Check your Home dashboard for today's score. Visit Insights for trends, Weekly Summary for patterns, and Streaks to track your consistency streak.

Reflect and improve

At the end of each week, write a short reflection — what went well, what didn't, and what to try next. This builds self-awareness over time.
