Overview
Pomory is a local-first productivity app. Your focus session data, tasks, and reflections are stored locally on your device by default. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Data we collect
Local data: All session logs, tasks, reflections, and settings are stored on your device using local storage (Hive). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync.
Cloud sync (optional): If you sign in with Google and enable cloud sync, your data is synced to Firebase Firestore under your authenticated account. This data is used solely to sync your information across your devices.
Authentication: If you choose to sign in, we use Firebase Authentication (Google Sign-In). We receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google. We do not share this with third parties.
Analytics
The Pomory landing site (pomory.space) does not use cookies or third-party analytics trackers. The mobile app does not collect analytics data.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Period.
Your rights
You can delete all your local data at any time by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app. If you use cloud sync, you can request deletion of your cloud data by contacting us.
